In the heart of England, Donington Park is one of the UK’s most popular racing circuits and is the venue for exciting prestigious events such as the BTCC, World Touring Car Championship and World Superbike Championship.
Donington is fast, smooth and it is very important, as a driver, to maintain focus for a good lap time. The section through Craner Curves into the Old Harpin, which always tests the nerves. The iconic Dunlop Straight is a great place to witness late breaking into the new Fogarty Esses.
The circuit has been through a rough time of late almost suffering closure following a failed attempt to lure British Grand Prix aways from Silverstone. It is now enjoying a new lease of life under fresh ownership.
